What data we collect

We collect contact and inquiry data, newsletter subscriptions, aggregate website analytics, and pilot engagement data shared under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

Legal basis and use

We process data based on consent, legitimate interests, and contractual necessity. We use it to respond to enquiries, send opted-in updates, improve the website, and fulfil pilot or evaluation agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Sharing, retention, and rights

We use trusted sub-processors including Supabase, Resend or Postmark, and Vercel. Contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless an ongoing relationship exists.

EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.
